Financial Management
To ensure a comprehensive and forward-looking business plan, the Financial Management section includes a seven-year budget projection.
The first four years provide a detailed breakdown of all revenue and expense assumptions, with careful consideration given to each category to create a realistic and well-supported financial outlook. For the final three years, the financials are presented on a pro forma basis, providing a longer-term projection of the facility’s anticipated financial performance and growth.

Profit & Loss Statement
For the South Texas Tennis Center, I decided to adapt a template that I already had from my previous business. Originally, I received it as a spreadsheet to manage a small business, but the prompts and formulas in Google Spreadsheet run really well for any medium-sized business. It can even substitute for a QuickBooks subscription and offer a really good way to observe the data.

The most essential foundation for the Community Engagement Strategy is family. During my experience as a coach and director of Racquet Sports in this area, I learned that my events were more successful when family members from different generations were included.
